Using the park
Terms of Service
These terms govern use of EmotiCreate Park, a Soul Canvas Creations product for families and caregivers.

Parent or caregiver responsibility
You must be able to consent for the child profiles you create. You are responsible for account information, supervision appropriate to the child, and keeping your password, PIN, and connection codes private.
Purpose of the service
EmotiCreate Park supports creative emotional learning and reflection. It is not medical care, diagnosis, therapy, emergency support, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Seek appropriate local help when a child may be at risk or needs clinical support.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other families, upload unlawful or harmful material, reverse engineer protected systems, or use a child profile without the responsible adult’s permission.
Family access and payments
The trial does not require a card. Paid access is purchased in 30-day periods through Paynow. The first paid period is USD 5 and later 30-day renewals are USD 10 unless a different price is clearly presented before payment. Renewals are manual; we do not charge automatically.
Your creations
Your family retains rights in original creations submitted to the park. You give Soul Canvas Creations the limited permission needed to store, process, display, back up, and return those creations as part of providing the service.
Availability and changes
We may improve, secure, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will aim to communicate material changes and preserve family information where reasonably possible.
Ending use
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict access when necessary to protect children, families, the platform, or applicable legal obligations.
