Refund and Cancellation Policy
EmotiCreate Park uses manual 30-day payments so your family is never automatically charged for another period.

Trial
The seven-day trial does not require a payment method. No payment is taken unless a parent or caregiver deliberately starts checkout and completes payment on Paynow.
Paid access
The first paid 30-day period costs USD 5. Each later 30-day renewal costs USD 10 unless the checkout page clearly presents a different price before payment. Access begins only after Paynow confirms the transaction.
Cancellation
There is no automatic renewal to switch off. Cancelling keeps access available through the already-paid period and prevents the account from presenting that period as continuing. You may simply choose not to purchase another 30 days.
Refund requests
Contact us promptly for duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, a confirmed payment that did not activate access, or another payment error. We review other refund requests fairly, considering service use, Paynow status, and rights required by applicable law.
How to request help
Email support@emoticreate.com with the parent account email, payment date, amount, and Paynow reference. Never send a password, PIN, full card number, or mobile-money security code.
