Privacy Policy

EmotiCreate Park is designed for children to explore emotions with a parent or caregiver in control of the family account.

Information we collect

  • A parent or caregiver’s email address, password hash, security PIN, and session/device records.
  • A child’s parent-provided name or nickname, optional age, chosen avatar, and access-device information.
  • Activity progress, selected feelings, drawings, reflections, flowers, and other creations saved in the park.
  • Subscription status and payment references. Paynow processes payment-method details; EmotiCreate Park does not store full card or mobile-money credentials.
  • Technical security and diagnostic information needed to prevent abuse, maintain sessions, and recover failed saves.

How we use information

We use this information to operate family accounts, separate grown-up and child areas, save progress, display a child’s private garden, provide support, process access payments, send requested account emails, and protect the service.

Children and parental control

A parent or caregiver creates and controls each child profile. Children should not submit contact or payment information. The grown-up PIN and parent confirmation flow are intended to keep account, security, and billing controls away from the child experience.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to operate the service, including Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for managed infrastructure, Resend for account email, and Paynow for hosted checkout. They process information only for the services they provide and under their own applicable terms.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while the family account is active and as needed for security, support, accounting, and legal obligations. Removed child profiles may remain recoverable for up to 30 days before permanent deletion. Parents may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete family information.

Security and choices

We use hashed credentials, secure cookies, parent confirmation, access controls, and server-side authorization. No online system is completely risk-free, so parents should use a unique password and keep their PIN private.
